PeGeT Terms of Use
1. IntroductionWelcome to PeGeT! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PeGeT application ("Application"), which is owned and operated by PeGeT. By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. Access and Use of the Service
PeGeT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes, as permitted by these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
You agree to use the Application legally and in compliance with all applicable laws.
3. Maintenance and Support
PeGeT is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services regarding the Licensed Application, as specified in these Terms or required by applicable law. PeGeT and the End User acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance and support services regarding the Licensed Application.
4. Auto-Renewable Subscription
PeGeT offers an auto-renewable subscription plan under the following conditions:

Duration: Annual subscription with automatic renewal
Price: AED 149,99
Payment: Processed exclusively through Apple App Store and Google Play Store
Automatic Renewal: The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled by the user at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: Cancellation can be done through account settings in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Rights and Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Application without permission.
Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code.
Use the Application for illegal or harmful activities.
6. Intellectual Property
All content of the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of PeGeT and is protected by copyright laws.
7. Warranty
PeGeT is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether expressed or implied by law. If the Licensed Application does not conform to any applicable warranty, the End User may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price of the Licensed Application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligations regarding the Licensed Application. Any other related claims will be the sole responsibility of PeGeT.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. PeGeT does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeGeT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.
9. Product Claims
PeGeT and the End User acknowledge that PeGeT, not Apple, is solely responsible for handling any claims by the End User or third parties related to the Licensed Application, including:
(i) Product liability claims;
(ii) Compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements;
(iii) Claims arising from consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
10. Compliance
The End User represents and warrants that (i) they are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist-supporting" country; and (ii) they are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the Application.
13. Changes to the Terms
PeGeT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes means you agree to the new Terms.

15. Third-Party Contract Terms
The End User must comply with applicable third-party contract terms when using the Licensed Application. For example, if the Application offers VoIP functionality, the End User must not violate their wireless data service agreement when using the Application.
16. Third-Party Beneficiary
PeGeT and the End User acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon the End User's acceptance of these Terms, Apple shall have the right to enforce these Terms against the End User as a third-party beneficiary.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
